The first myth is that it's better to exercise early in the morning since it's intended to jump-start your metabolism for the entire day. The truth is that you can exercise anytime of the day and anywhere you want. If you exercise in the morning, it will give you enough energy to help you in the process of waking up. When you exercise at noon, it will help you to overcome the grogginess you feel during early afternoon. Exercising in the evening can get you rid of the whole day's stress. Another funny myth is that when you don't exercise your muscles will turn into fat. The truth is that fat doesn't turn to muscle and muscle doesn't become fat. What happens is when you exercise you burn fat and this turns into muscle. The reverse of this is that you lose muscles and gain fat if you don't exercise.

 

 

Another exercise myth that affects the person's motivation when exercising is that running a mile burns more calories than when you walk for a mile. The truth is that both running and walking burn the same amount of calories and that's approximately 100 calories.

 

 

One other Bodyweight Exercise myth is that you have to continuously exercise for 30 to 40 minutes. Every type of exercise and no matter how long it is done always has an impact on your heart. If you listen to this myth, you are indulging yourself in a self-defeating mind-set that if you cannot do it continuously, it's better not to exercise at all. A good sweat means that you have burned more calories and means more weight loss. The truth is that a good sweat means more water loss not fat loss.
